ag analytics A/S is a leading auto-tech company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. We specialize in marketing automation and customer satisfaction for the automotive industry. Our products, Autoflows and AutoCX, are used by more than 1000 car dealers, importers and manufacturers across Europe.

Our team is rapidly growing, and we are now looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and help ag analytics to the next level with identifying and monitoring the key drivers for growth and profitability.

The role reports directly to the CEO.

What you will do

• Conduct and share performance analyses across cross-functional topics, aiming to optimize business performance
• Monitor business performance, identifying gaps and opportunities, and communicate data-driven recommendations to the Management team
• Lead and manage strategic projects to transform the business and drive growth
• Sales and pipeline reporting and follow up
• Pricing, marketing and funnel performance management
• P&L analysis and reporting
• Budget preparation and analysis
• Board assistance
• M&A

Your background

• A university degree within either Analytics or Strategy, e.g. Business, Economics, or Mathematics
• Experience working in a position that is analytical and strategic such as management consulting, executive assistant, project management, start-ups etc.
• Expert Excel knowledge and highly proficient with data organisation and reporting
• Full proficiency in English – both written and verbal (near native level)

About our interview process

• Online or face-to-face introduction to ag analytics and you (30 minutes)
• Online or face-to-face interview with key team members (30 minutes)
• Case-based interview with team members and CEO (1 hour)
• Closing talk with CEO including compensation, starting date, and all other practical details (30 minutes)
