Marketing and Sales Project Coordinator (German Speaking)

About this role

Are you excited about driving digital marketing and sales activities in the German market, then we are looking for you! We are a high-growth tech company that works predominantly in the automotive industry, where we deliver solutions to the biggest brands in the industry such as Audi, VW, Porsche, SKODA, Seat, Peugeot, Opel, Suzuki, KIA and Citroën. We are growing in the German market and need a dynamic, self-driven and outgoing student to help us deliver best-in-class marketing and sales activities.

We have more than 10 years of experience in the automotive industry where we take pride in automising workflows and processes to help each business grow and retain their customers.

You will be part of our marketing and communications team with specific focus on the German market. You will help us enter the German market with activities such as digital campaigns, product webinars, follow-up and direct customer contact.

Main tasks

• Assist with planning and execution of digital campaigns to the German market
• Assist with planning and execution of product demonstration webinars
• Follow-up on campaigns and webinars with direct customer contact
• Handle customer data and assist with CRM management of sales flows
• Reporting on activities and progress
• Idea generation and creative collaboration on best-in-class campaigns and sales activities

About you

You are a self-starter and are able to work independently but also thrive in a team. You enjoy speaking to customers and if you have experience with customer follow-up or sales over the phone and email, this would be an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are motivated and outgoing with the willingness to learn and engage in the team activities.

• You a currently studying at a university within either marketing, communication or similar
• You take responsibility and are eager to create results by independently driving marketing and sales activities
• You are highly structured, detail-oriented and good at keeping an overview of your tasks
• You have experience working with customers, preferably within sales and marketing activities
• You are positive and flexible. You seek solutions and see opportunities
• You are fluent in written and oral German and English (or Danish).

Working hours

Expected work hours: 15 hours per week. We expect flexibility around peak times but also take your exam periods into consideration when planning your work.
